Research Interests

British literature, particularly the Modernist novels of the first half of the 20th century; the dramas and novels of Samuel Beckett and related areas; critical theory. My current research interest centers on the relationship between technology and the body / senses. Other interests include the historical positioning of poststructuralism and the works of the South African writer J. M. Coetzee.
